Just Released - An Account-Wide View in the Investor Portal

This is a major investor portal upgrade that will greatly improve the investor and adviser experience, and help fund managers improve their brand credibility in the eyes of their most important stakeholder.
Most investors invest through more than one structure: a family trust, a personal holding, perhaps a company. Advisers manage more still, overseeing dozens of investors and hundreds of holdings.
Caruso's investor portal now brings every investing entity a contact can access into one view. It changes what investors and advisers see the moment they log in.
One View Across Every Investing Entity
Every main page in the portal is now account-wide. By default, everything is visible and accessible from a single view, allowing the investor or adviser to filter or drill down to the relevant level of detail.
- 'Global' views across every page - Portfolio, orders, documents, distributions, holding movements, and alerts now show data across every investing entity a contact has access to, in a single view, no switching required. Example use cases:
- Download statements for every entity in one action, ready for EOY tax reporting.
- Clear compliance alerts across all entities from a single view.
- See every distribution received this month in one place.
- Track the status of every investment application at a glance.
- A new "All Investing Entities" portfolio view - This becomes the portal landing page, showing every holding across the contact's investing entities. From here, investors and advisers can drill into a specific holding from a new holding summary table, or switch to the familiar single-entity portfolio view at any time to see investing entity level graphs and key metrics.
- A new landing page for new investors - Investors without an investing entity will land on a guided page prompting them to browse opportunities, create their first investing entity, or get in touch.
- An improved holding detail page - The holding detail view is redesigned to surface everything relating to that holding: metrics, orders, documents, holding movements and distributions.
- Wider viewport - The portal now uses the full width of larger screens, so investors see more at once, and still adapts cleanly down to smaller screens and mobile.
- Improved mobile experience - A large share of investors log in on mobile, so we've refined it throughout: clearer tables and filters, smoother application and navigation flows, and a tidier layout.
Why This Matters for Fund Managers
The investor portal is the most visible part of a fund manager's operation. Investors and advisers judge a fund by what they see when they log in.
When an adviser can download all transactions for tax processing, or an investor can quickly close out any outstanding alerts, the portal reflects how the fund is run: organised, transparent and easy to deal with. For advisers operating across dozens of clients, hundreds of holdings, working at scale becomes practical: every application at a glance, every client question answered without switching between entities.
That is what builds brand credibility with a manager's most important stakeholders: investors and the advisers who represent them.
