Put your fund on autopilot
Part of Fund Intelligence (AI), background agents that act autonomously based on your business rules and governing documents.
Legacy fund admins are failing managers with decade-old systems, fragmented data, poor service and opaque processes.

If you have questions, we have answers
Yes. Caruso is purpose-built to replace legacy fund administrators and disconnected tools that limit visibility, speed, and control. The platform consolidates investor portal, onboarding & compliance, investor CRM, and registry into one system, paired with optional fund admin services. Migration is handled for you, with no disruption to active investors or ongoing capital activity.
Yes. Caruso’s fund admin software can support multiple funds, vehicles, and classes within a single platform, with clear separation, permissions, and audit trails. This allows managers to scale fund count and structural complexity.
Both. Fund managers can use Caruso's AI-native fund admin software to run operations internally, with full control over onboarding, registry, reporting, and investor communications. Managers who want a dedicated back office can engage Caruso as their fund administrator, where our team runs operations on their behalf. Either way, managers get full access to their data, real-time visibility over every workflow, and a single source of truth.
Caruso offers expert fund administration services covering fund accounting, registry operations, and investor services. This includes unit pricing, financial reporting, capital calls, distributions, tax statements, and investor communications. Services run on the same platform as the software, so managers retain full access to real-time data, workflows, and reporting as operations scale. No waiting on your administrator for answers.
A fund admin agent is an AI that helps complete fund administration work for busy teams. It ingests documents, matches them to the correct investor records, and triggers downstream tasks like processing applications, redemptions, AML/KYC screening, capital calls, and distributions. A Background Agent is a standing instruction that watches for a specific event in your fund, or runs on a schedule you set, and responds under rules you control. Every client can choose from prebuilt default agents such as application triage, redemption triage, and contact enrichment, or they can work with our team to design custom agents built around your own processes.
Book a demo. Our team will walk you through how Caruso supports your fund structures and operating model, covering onboarding, registry, reporting, capital activity, and more. Implementation is fully managed, and AI accelerates data migration and investor onboarding so you can get up and running fast.
Save time. Impress investors. Grow AUM.
