Here you will find the Caruso Master Service Agreements (“MSAs”) and other agreements, policies, and documents that form part of the Caruso contractual framework. When an agreement (such as the MSA) is incorporated by reference into an Order Form, Statement of Work (“SOW”), or Service Level Agreement (“SLA”), it becomes part of your Agreement with Caruso and governs your access to and use of the Caruso software and services.

The version of any document that applies to you will depend on your location. If Caruso has published a regional version of the document that corresponds to the jurisdiction of your principal place of business (for example, Australia), that regional version will apply. If no regional version exists, then the Global version will apply.
