Just Released - Data Room Preview for Admins & More

Preview Data Room

Fund administrators and operations teams work across a wide range of tasks each day, from reviewing investor holdings and actioning investor requests to finalising capital raise materials and managing compliance records. This release delivers a new data room preview capability for admins alongside a series of targeted improvements across orders, filtering, communications, document management, and reporting.

Preview Your Data Room Before Going Live

Checking what an investor sees in a data room has, until now, required an admin to impersonate an investor account, adding unnecessary steps to what should be a simple check.

Admin users can now preview a data room directly from the Admin App without needing to switch accounts. Navigate to any capital raise, click "Preview Data Room" in the top right, and see exactly what the investor sees, including the available documents, offers, and disclosures. To further improve accuracy, hidden offers are no longer visible in the impersonation view, ensuring that what admins see when checking an investor account matches precisely what that investor would see themselves.

Improvements and Fixes

This release also includes the following improvements and fixes:

  • Orders from the Holding detail view - An Orders tab has been added to the Holding detail view, giving admins access to applications, redemptions, transfers, and other order types at the individual holding level, without navigating away.
  • Holdings and transactions filters - Enhanced filters on investing entity holdings and transaction tables now show only the relevant fund and unit class for each investor, reducing noise when reviewing activity across multiple entities.
  • Hover metrics for instant context - Fund admins can hover over metrics in table headers, such as "No. Holdings" and "No. Tasks," to see the underlying detail immediately, without navigating to another page.
  • Related party notes - Related parties now support their own notes field. As part of the recent related party release, existing notes have been migrated from accounts to individual related party records, giving compliance teams a complete and readily accessible archive.
  • Send Now in Communications - A new "Send Now" option in the investor communications module allows admins to dispatch communications without additional confirmation steps, once reviewed and approved.
  • This FY date shortcut - The date selector now includes a "This FY" option, making it faster to filter and run reports within the current financial year.
  • Unit Class targeting for documents - The Investing Entity "Add Document" module now supports Unit Class targeting, giving admins control over which investors see which documents.
  • Statement footer formatting - Fund registration numbers on statements now display with the "Registration No." prefix for cleaner, more professional presentation.
